Dream Trip Travel Planning Terms of Service

Travel Planning Service

  1. Please note that prices do vary from our minimum starting cost of $3 AUD per day, your price will be determined by the length of your trip and as listed on the site

    1. Trips of longer length will incur a higher fee

      1. Trips of more than 42 days may require a unique quoted fee

    2. Trips involving more than one person may be charged at a rate higher than the one advertised

  2. All payments are subject to Paypal OR Stripe payment fee which may vary based on your location

  3. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

  4. A customer may nominate to switch their booking choice from 'Book It Myself' to 'Book it For Me', and vice versa, upon request, although that request is not guaranteed to be accepted.

    1. If a customer chooses to switch their booking choice​ from 'Book It Myself' to 'Book it For Me', and vice versa, then they then agree to the terms and conditions relevant to their new booking choice.

  5. If a customers has nominated their booking choice as 'Book It Myself' in the original form submission then the following is true:

    1. All customers will be limited to a maximum of 3 edits to their full itinerary

    2. After receiving your final itinerary draft, you are allowed no more than 1 final edit on your itinerary

      1. Unless there is a major problem with the booking of your trip, major booking problems constitute the following

        1. Hotel no longer listed online.

        2. Tour no longer listed online.

        3. Restaurant is no longer open.

        4. The supplier cancels your tour less than 14 days after booking

        5. A tour that is arranged through the Dream Trip travel planner is full.

      2. Things that do not constitute a major problem:

        1. Any suggested tours, flights or hotels are fully booked.

        2. Prices listed on your planned itinerary have changed at time of booking.

      3. You can ask for assistance with organising different flights up to 10 days after receiving your finalised itinerary if one of the following is true:

        1. You stated on your original booking form that you needed help organising flights.

        2. You will be flying a route with more than one airline.

        3. You will be flying on a route with more than one flight without an overnight stopover.

        4. You noted that your trip constitutes a special occasion on your booking form.

    3. All quoted prices for third parties are approximate at time of suggestion and are subject to change.

    4. Dream Trip holds no responsibility for any of the bookings that you make. Our itineraries are only suggestions.

      1. Dream Trip is not responsible for any incorrect bookings that occur in the booking process. This includes:

        1. Booking the wrong dates

        2. Booking anything through a website not recommended or linked to by Dream Trip

        3. In the event that you book through a site that is suggested, or linked to by the Dream Trip, Dream Trip is not responsible for any problems that may arise during those booking processes

      2. Dream Trip is not responsible for any third party website content

    5. No refunds are to be given for change of mind more than 48 hours after payment

    6. No refunds will be issued more than 48 hours after payment. Unless one of the following is true:

      1. Serious injury that forces the cancellation or rescheduling of the trip for a member of the travelling party

        1. In the event of a rescheduled trip in these circumstances a 75% refund will be offered

      2. Serious family emergency that causes the rescheduling or cancellation of the trip

        1. In the event of a rescheduled trip in these circumstances a 75% refund will be offered

    7. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

    8. Dream Trip is not responsible for any misdemeanours or incidents that occur while on your trip

    9. Dream Trip is not responsible for the actions of any customer, actions of any third party or any acts of god that occur during your trip

    10. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for the quality of service, condition of facilities or timing schedules of any third party

    11. Dream Trip is not responsible for any contact between customers and third parties or their affiliates

    12. Dream Trip reserves the right to refuse to any customer who engages in abuse or harassment of our employees

    13. Any bookings made using a member discount quote that does not come from an authorised and paying member may be cancelled and refunded; subject to payment fees

    14. These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time for any reason, at the discretion of Dream Trip.

  6. If a customers has nominated their booking choice as 'Book It For Me in the original form submission then the following is true:

    1. All customers will be limited to a maximum of 3 edits to their full itinerary before booking

    2. After receiving your final booked itinerary, any changes to your itinerary will be subject to the booking and cancellation policies of the third party booking agents that the trip has been booked with.

    3. Payments under $10000 AUD will be payable through PayPal, payments over that amount will be payable through Stripe

    4. All payments are subject to PayPal or Stripe payment fees which may vary based on your location

    5. The total booking price is subject to a 4% service fee, this excludes the fee for the travel planning service.

    6. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

    7. All bookings are made through recognised third party services and as such are subject to their terms and conditions

    8. All bookings are made through recognised third party services and as such are subject to their cancellation policies

    9. All bookings made will be refundable, although some bookings may be subject to a cancellation fee

      1. In the event that a booking is non-refundable the customer will be contacted before the booking is finalised to confirm the customer is satisfied with this arrangement

    10. Dream Trip is not liable for any bookings cancelled by a third party supplier, but Dream Trip will help customers find a suitable replacement in the event of a third party cancellation, should said third party not offer any assistance

    11. Any booking made by Dream Trip is available to be cancelled or changed for any reason by Dream Trip on behalf of a customer up to 42 days for free after purchase, beyond this 42 day period customers may incur a service fee for handling a cancellation or change

    12. Any changes made may be subject to a fee and may incur extra costs owed to the supplier

    13. The 4% service fee paid to Dream Trip is non-refundable

    14. All refunds may be subject to additional Paypal fees

    15. Dream Trip will refund customers within 48 hours of receiving payment from the third party supplier 

    16. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

    17. All quoted prices for third parties are approximate at time of suggestion and are subject to change.

    18. A customer will never be charged by Dream Trip for something that is not confirmed by the customer

    19. All quoted prices for third parties are approximate at time of suggestion and are subject to change.

    20. No refunds on the travel planning fee are to be given for change of mind more than 48 hours after payment

    21. No refunds on the travel planning fee will be issued more than 48 hours after payment. Unless one of the following is true:

      1. Serious injury that forces the cancellation or rescheduling of the trip for a member of the travelling party

        1. In the event of a rescheduled trip in these circumstances a 75% refund will be offered

      2. Serious family emergency that causes the rescheduling or cancellation of the trip

        1. In the event of a rescheduled trip in these circumstances a 75% refund will be offered

    22. Dream Trip is not responsible for any misdemeanours or incidents that occur while on your trip

    23. Dream Trip is not responsible for the actions of any customer, actions of any third party or any acts of god that occur during your trip

Other Services

Travel Buddy

 
 
  1. All expressions of interest must be made a minimum of one week before the departure date

  2. Payment will not be accepted less than 48 hours before the departure date

  3. Customers will be limited to 3 enquiries per day on the standard package, 10 on the gold package

  4. 1 purchase of the Travel Buddy package is limited to 1 user on the standard package, 3 on the gold packaged

  5. Customers can be expected to wait a maximum of 12 hours for a reply on the standard package, 6 on the gold package

    1. Customers will be entitled to a FULL refund if there is no reply within 18 hours on the standard package, 10 on the gold package

  6. Refunds will not be given after the stated departure date.

    1. Refunds will only be given in the case of serious injury that results in the rescheduling of a trip

  7. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  8. Prices do vary and will ultimately be quoted based on the length of your trip and your travel destination

  9. Dream Trip are not travel agents and cannot handle your money to process a booking with any third party. We cannot book anything for you and as such reserves the right to refuse service to any customers who asks. 

    1. Bookings can only be made by Dream Trip on behalf of a client that do not involve cash transactions being made by Dream Trip and only if the service is offered by Dream Trip​

  10. Dream Trip is not responsible for any misdemeanours that occur on your trip.

  11. Dream Trip’s Travel Buddy service is not to be used as last minute booking service.

  12. Dream Trip’s Travel Buddy service cannot cancel any existing reservations on your behalf.

  13. Dream Trip’s Travel Buddy service cannot provide any emergency legal, relocation or medical advice.

  14. Dream Trip's Travel Buddy service cannot contact any other persons on the behalf of a customer.

  15. Dream Trip’s Travel Buddy service cannot assist with any local law enforcement

  16. All inquiries made to Travel Buddy must be for events that will take place in more than 18 hours

  17. Dream Trip’s Travel Buddy service is not a replacement for any emergency services and should not be used as such.

  18. All payments are subject to Paypal or Stripe payment fee which may vary based on your location

  19. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

Easy Travel

 
  1. All expressions of interest in purchasing an Easy Travel package must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of your departure date.

  2. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for any incorrect data supplied by you or any third party in regards to your itinerary.

  3. All itineraries are to be created in a printable PDF Format, Dream Trip bears no responsibility for any inability to access the itinerary.

  4. No refunds are to be given for change of mind.

  5. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher.

  6. No refunds will be issued more than 48 hours after payment. Unless one of the following is true:

    1. Serious injury that forces the cancellation or rescheduling of the trip for a member of the travelling party

      1. In the event of a rescheduled trip in these circumstances a 75% refund will be offered

    2. Serious family emergency that causes the rescheduling or cancellation of the trip

      1. In the event of a rescheduled trip in these circumstances a 75% refund will be offered

  7. Dream Trip holds no responsibility for any of the bookings that you have made.

Shopaholics

  1. All expressions of interest in purchasing the Shopaholics package add on must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of your departure date.

  2. Payment will not be accepted less than 48 hours before the departure date.

  3. All shopping guide purchases are limited to a maximum of two destinations on your trip. If you intend to visit more, you must purchase additional packages

  4. Only customers who have paid the initial 30 AUD fee will be eligible for the 15 AUD top up fee for shipping assistance

  5. All shipping assistance enquiries must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

  6. Dream Trip cannot explicitly guarantee that an agreeable shipping solution will be found.

  7. No refund will be issued for change of mind.

    1. A 50% refund of the shipping assistance fee will be offered if an agreeable shipping solution cannot be found.

  8. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  9. Dream Trip are not travel agents and cannot handle your money to process a booking with any third party. We cannot book anything for you and as such reserves the right to refuse service to any customers who asks.

  10. All payments are subject to Paypal or Stripe payment fee which may vary based on your location

  11. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

  12. All quoted prices for third parties are approximate at time of suggestion and are subject to change.

  13. Dream Trip holds no responsibility for any of the bookings that you make

Packing List

  1. All expressions of interest in purchasing a Packing List add on must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of your departure date.

  2. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for any incorrect data supplied by you or any third party in regards to your itinerary.

  3. All packing lists are to be created in a printable PDF Format, Dream Trip bears no responsibility for any inability to access the itinerary.

  4. No refunds are to be given for change of mind.

  5. No refunds are to be given more than 48 hours after payment.

  6. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  7. Dream Trip holds no responsibility for any of the purchases that you have make as a result of using this service.

  8. All packing lists are suggestions only. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for the following:

    1. Exceeding the weight limit on any transportation.

    2. Incorrect purchases made.

    3. Failure to pack enough of any item even if specified on the list

    4. The overpacking of any item even if specified on the list.

    5. The failure to use an item suggested on the list.

  9. All payments are subject to Paypal or Stripe payment fee which may vary based on your location

  10. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to the Terms of Service.

  11. Any bookings made using a member discount quote that does not come from an authorised and paying member may be cancelled and refunded; subject to payment fees

Sports Enthusiast

  1. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for any incorrect data supplied by you or any third party in regards to your itinerary.

  2. Local guides may not be available in all destinations and are subject to availability

  3. Dream Trip is not accountable or responsible for the actions of a local guide

  4. Local guides are to be used at your discretion.

  5. No refunds are to be given for change of mind.

  6. No refunds are to be given more than 48 hours after payment.

  7. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  8. Dream Trip holds no responsibility for any of the purchases that you have make as a result of using this service.

  9. All event tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the seller, not Dream Trip

  10. Dream Trip bears no responsibility in the event of any abandonment, cancellation or alteration to a ticketed event

  11. The listed price refers only to the price of our services, not the price of an event ticket, event ticket prices will vary depending on location, type of event and ticket category

  12. The price of the local guide service is the cost of a ticket for the game which you must purchase for your local guide.

  13. Dream Trip makes no guarantee of the quality of the seats which are purchased for the event and is not responsible for any sub standard seating

  14. All payments are subject to Paypal or Stripe payment fee which may vary based on your location

Honeymoon Planning

  1. All expressions of interest must be made a minimum of three weeks before the departure date

  2. Payment will not be accepted less than 96 hours before the departure date

  3. Customers using the Travel Buddy service are subject to the specific Travel Buddy Terms & Conditions

  4. Customers receiving a Packing List will be subject to the specific Easy Travel Terms & Conditions

  5. Refunds will not be given for Dream Trip services other than for the following:

    1. injury

  6. Refunds will only be given in the case of serious injury that results in the rescheduling of a trip

  7. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  8. Unless the wedding to which the honeymoon is attached, no longer takes places.

  9. Prices do vary slightly and will ultimately be quoted based on the length of your trip and your travel destination

  10. All payments to Dream Trip under $10000 AUD will be payable through PayPal, any payments above this amount will be payable through Stripe

  11. Dream Trip books all third party services through the booking systems of said third party and customers are subject to their individual Terms & Conditions

  12. All third party bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the third party as outlined in their own Terms & Conditions

  13. Dream Trip is not responsible for any misdemeanours that occur on your trip.

  14. All payments are subject to a Paypal or Stripe payment fee which may vary based on your location

  15. All payments are subject to a 4% service fee

  16. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

  18. Dream Trip holds no responsibility for any of the bookings that you make of your own accord

  19. Dream Trip holds no responsibility for any incorrect bookings that occur due to incorrect information being given to Dream Trip

  20. Dream Trip is not responsible for any incorrect bookings that occur in the booking process. This includes:

    1. Booking the wrong dates

    2. Booking anything through a website not recommended or linked to by Dream Trip

  21. In the event that you book through a site that is suggested, or linked to by the Dream Trip, Dream Trip is not responsible for any problems that may arise during those booking processes

  22. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for the quality of service, condition of facilities or timing schedules of any third party

  23. Dream Trip is not responsible for any contact between customers and third parties or their affiliates.

  24. Dream Trip reserves the right to refuse to any customer who engages in abuse or harassment of our employees

  25. Dream Trip does not charge service fees but is subject to the service fees introduced by third parties which may affect the price of your booking.

  26. Any discount offered on airport transfers or pre-booked activities are only applicable when booked by Dream Trip on behalf of the customer

  27. Discounts on future Dream Trip products must be booked:

    1. In the names of the participants of the initial honeymoon

    2. Using a discount code given to the customer by Dream Trip

  28. Any bookings made using a member discount quote that does not come from an authorised and paying member may be cancelled and refunded; subject to payment fees

  29. These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time for any reason, at the discretion of Dream Trip.

 

Dream Trip Holidays

  1. Please note that prices do vary from the price listed, this is a minimum price over the course of a year and prices do go up and down

    1. Trips at peak times will incur higher costs

    2. Trips involving more than two people may be charged at a rate higher than the one advertised

  2. Payments under $10000 AUD will be payable through PayPal, payments over that amount will be payable through Stripe

  3. All payments are subject to PayPal or Stripe payment fees which may will be capped at 1.5%

  4. All purchases are subject to a 5% service fee

  5. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

  6. All bookings are made through recognised third party services and as such are subject to their payment policies.

    1. Most of these services require an upfront payment to secure the booking.​

  7. Any booking made less than 7 days before the date of travel will be subjected to an additional $25 late booking fee.

  8. All bookings are made through recognised third party services and as such are subject to their terms and conditions

  9. All bookings are made through recognised third party services and as such are subject to their cancellation policies

  10. All bookings made will be refundable, although some bookings may be subject to a cancellation fee

  13. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  14. All quoted prices for third parties are approximate at time of suggestion and are subject to change.

  15. A customer will never be charged by Dream Trip for something that is not confirmed by the customer.

  16. Bookings are made by our agents through third party providers and as such are not instantaneous upon payment and will be made within one hour of receipt of payment

    1. If a booking confirmation is not received within an hour of receipt of payment, customers will be eligible for a refund

      1. This applies only during business hours of (09:00-19:00 AEST)

  17. The total price of a trip may vary from the original price quoted to a customer upon payment:

    1. In the event of a trip price increase after payment is made, you may be asked to send additional payments to secure your trip,

      1. Dream Trip will never ask for additional funds without providing evidence that it is needed

    2. In the event of a trip price decrease after payment is made, you will be refunded any leftover funds within 48 hours

      1. This refund may be subject to additional money handling fees.

  18. Each traveller, not Dream Trip, is responsible for their own passport (with 6 months validity), health and entry for visa for their trip.

    1. Each traveller is responsible for their compliance to the entry conditions of each country that they visit. Dream Trip is not responsible for any failure to comply with these regulations.

    2. Dream Trip may provide informal assistance in regards to entrance visa and entry conditions, however, these are not legal advice and cannot be treated as such. Dream Trip takes no responsibility for any incorrect information provided by an employee in this regard.

    3. It is strongly recommended that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before travelling overseas. Dream Trip is not responsible for any failure to be fully covered.

  19. Dream Trip is not responsible for any incorrect bookings that are made as a result of incorrect information being supplied by a customer. 

  20. Dream Trip is not responsible for any misdemeanours or incidents that occur while on your trip.

  21. Dream Trip is not responsible for the actions of any customer, actions of any third party or any acts of god that occur during your trip

Service Vouchers

  1. This voucher is not redeemable for cash.

  2. This voucher is not permitted for re-sale and is non-transferable without approval by Dream Trip.

  3. Vouchers can be used on the following services listed on the Dream Trip website:

    1. Purchasing a Honeymoon Planning Package​

    2. Booking and paying for a Honeymoon vacation

    3. Purchasing a travel planning package

    4. Purchasing a Sports Enthusiasts package

    5. Purchasing a Travel Buddy package

    6. Booking and paying for a pre-designed holiday package that is listed on www.dream-trip.com.au/holidays

  4. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher.

  5. Vouchers can be redeemed across multiple purchases that total the value of the purchased voucher

  6. After one purchase has been made, if it does not total the sum of the voucher, customers will be entitled to a refund of the remaining amount unspent on the voucher

  7. All vouchers are refundable up to a period of one year after purchase

  8. All vouchers are valid for one year after purchase.

  9. Expired vouchers are non-refundable.

  10. Any voucher purchased are only redeemable directly with Dream Trip on services provided by Dream Trip

  11. In the event that your voucher is to be used to book anything through a third party, the customer is subject to the cancellation policies and terms & conditions of said third party

  12. The voucher is not redeemable on any third party booking that is not made by a Dream Trip travel agent.

  13. Upon redeeming the voucher, customer must provide proof of purchase that matches the purchase data stored in our records. Failure to do so may result in a purchase order not being fulfilled. ​​

    2. Failure to declare the intent to use a voucher to pay for a purchase may void any claim for a refund.

    3. If the voucher has been lost, stolen or destroyed there may be no chance to replacing it, claims will be assessed on case by case basis. And will not be accepted without any proof of purchase or items of identification.

  14. All purchases made on the voucher are subject to the terms & conditions, cancellation policies and refund policies of the service they have purchased.

  15. All payments and refund may be subject to a Paypal or Strip payment fee.

  16. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

  17. Dream Trip is not liable for any bookings cancelled by a third party supplier, but Dream Trip will help customers find a suitable replacement in the event of a third party cancellation, should said third party not offer any assistance

  18. All quoted prices for third parties are approximate at time of suggestion and are subject to change.

  19. If the total sum of the voucher, or amount remaining on a used voucher, does not meet the total cost of a service, an invoice will be sent to the customer and no order will be fulfilled until the invoice is settled.

  20. Dream Trip is not responsible for any misdemeanours or incidents that occur while on your trip

  21. Dream Trip is not responsible for the actions of any customer, actions of any third party or any acts of god that occur during your trip

  22. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for the quality of service, condition of facilities or timing schedules of any third party

  23. Dream Trip is not responsible for any contact between customers and third parties or their affiliates

  24. Dream Trip reserves the right to refuse to any customer who engages in abuse or harassment of our employees

  25. Any bookings made using a member discount quote that does not come from an authorised and paying member may be cancelled and refunded; subject to payment fees

Membership

 
  1. By becoming a Dream Trip member, you acknowledge the right of Dream Trip to contact you via the personal information provided.

  2. Dream Trip will never share your information with a Third Party, unless in the case of Dream Trip making a booking on your behalf

  3. Dream Trip bears no responsibility for any incorrect data supplied by you.

  4. Refunds are available for change of mind up to 14 days after purchase, unless:

    1. The member has already used the membership discount in the Dream Trip store​

    2. Redeemed one of the free services offered on the Membership

  5. All refunds and payments are subject to potential Paypal or Stripe payment fees.

  6. All paid memberships are valid for one year.

  7. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the membership using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  8. All expressions of interested in redeeming your free service must be made at least 48 hours in advance

  9. The use of all Dream Trip services is subject to the terms or service laid out in the corresponding terms of service for that service

  10. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to the Terms of Service.

  11. Member code sharing is not allowed and if you are found to be doing so, your membership may be revoked or you may become blacklisted from the site

  12. Dream Trip reserves the right to cancel the membership or refuse service to any customer who engages in abuse or harassment of our employees.

  13. Any bookings made using a member discount quote that does not come from an authorised and paying member may be cancelled and refunded; subject to payment fees

Holiday Booking

  1. Please note that prices may vary from the quoted price given at the beginning of the process, though Dream Trip aims to be as accurate as possible in providing the initial quote.

  2. The holiday booking service covers flights & hotels only. Anything further that you wish to have planned and booked must be done through our comprehensive travel planning system.

  3. Payments under $10000 AUD will be payable through PayPal, payments over that amount will be payable through Stripe

  4. All payments are subject to PayPal or Stripe payment fees which may vary based on your location

  5. All purchases are subject to a 4% service fee

  6. By making a payment to Dream Trip you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Service

  7. All bookings are made through recognised third party services and as such are subject to their terms and conditions

  8. All bookings are made through recognised third party services and as such are subject to their cancellation policies

  9. All bookings made will be refundable, although some bookings may be subject to a cancellation fee

    1. In the event that a booking is non-refundable the customer will be contacted before the booking is finalised to confirm the customer is satisfied with this arrangement

  10. Dream Trip is not liable for any bookings cancelled by a third party supplier, but Dream Trip will help customers find a suitable replacement in the event of a third party cancellation, should said third party not offer any assistance

  11. Any booking made by Dream Trip is available to be cancelled or changed for any reason by Dream Trip on behalf of a customer up to 42 days for free after purchase, beyond this 42 day period customers may incur a service fee for handling a cancellation or change

    1. Any changes made may be subject to a fee and may incur extra costs owed to the supplier

    2. The 4% service fee paid to Dream Trip is non-refundable

    3. All refunds may be subject to additional Paypal fees

    4. Dream Trip will refund customers within 48 hours of receiving payment from the third party supplier 

  12. Should circumstances arise where a refund is due to a customer who has paid for the service using a Voucher, they will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the voucher

  13. All quoted prices for third parties are approximate at time of suggestion and are subject to change.

  14. A customer will never be charged by Dream Trip for something that is not confirmed by the customer

  15. Bookings are made by our agents through third party providers and as such are not instantaneous upon payment and will be made within one hour of receipt of payment

    1. If a booking confirmation is not received within an hour of receipt of payment, customers will be eligible for a refund

      1. This applies only during business hours of (09:00-19:00 AEST)

  16. The total price of a trip may vary from the original price quoted to a customer upon payment:

    1. In the event of a trip price increase after payment is made, you may be asked to send additional payments to secure your trip,

      1. Dream Trip will never ask for additional funds without providing evidence that it is needed

    2. In the event of a trip price decrease after payment is made, you will be refunded any leftover funds within 48 hours

      1. This refund may be subject to additional Paypal or Stripe fees

  17. Dream Trip is not responsible for any incorrect bookings that are made as a result of incorrect information being supplied by a customer. This

  18. Dream Trip is not responsible for any misdemeanours or incidents that occur while on your trip

  19. Dream Trip is not responsible for the actions of any customer, actions of any third party or any acts of god that occur during your trip
