KAMAISHI

In 2011, Kamaishi gained notoriety worldwide for the devastating tsunami waves that killed over 1000 people and severely damaged the city. Fast forward 7 years and the city has began to rebuild and hosting two games here is the next step on the road to recovery for one of Japan’s most important fishing ports.
